The finest red tea from Fujian, spectacularly balanced and refined. Deep complex aromas of dark chocolate and pine. A golden ale infusion, robust and rich in flavour with a slight tannin grip.

Directions:
First rinse the leaves in hot water to wash any astringency for a smoother brew.

Infuse 1 packet in 500ml of boiling water. 

You can infuse the same leaves up to 5 times.
